Unobtrusive, nearly invisible (I got the white one to match my white desk). 2 Flexible light wands can spread out like airplane wings, or rotate inward for concentrated light, tilt up or down. 3. Pipe from desk edge to lamp wings is flexible, so you can bend up or down at a point of your choosing. 4. Easily clamps onto edge of desk. 5. Press Off + On buttons can cycle from bright white, to medium, to soft yellow or blueish shade and can be dimmed down to soft light or dim-up for super-bright. 6. Like an airplane, the "light wings" can tilt up/down to the right or to the left. Or, they can be brought together, in the middle like just one long light for more focused light concentration 7. The light wands are 1 inch wide by about 11" long. With shipping, cost was about $41. It feels good to feel so good about an inanimate object... thanks to the designers in some foreign factory.

A: Hello, the package will come with: lamp head, goose-neck pole, clamp, adapter, small screws kit and manual.
Here is the assemble steps:
1, Screw the lamp bar to gooseneck pole,
2, Tighten up the lamp head with a screw to avoid it loose when adjust the lamp  diretion.(Very Important step!)
3, Mount the C-clamp onto desk edge;
4, Insert the connector and lamp pole into clamp hole and tighten up.
5, Connect adapter and power on.

The appearance is sleek you screw to pieces together and tahdaaa!! Easy peasy lemon squeeze. It doesn’t over heat and it has different brightness I think there is 3 stages, the lamp moves (meaning where the light comes out of they separate) and u can position it any way u want it’s so cool my husband is obsessed with this lamp. It bright!!! Then u can make it super dim!!! But for those days u want a dim light but still bright this is your lamp. A must have for any home office, I love the quality of the lamp.
