I purchased this lock based on fearures , price, and good reviews. I have been very pleased with my purchase. The lock was delivered quickly and was easy to install. I initially had a problem with the auto lock feature and asked for customer support. While awaiting a response I figured out the problem. I had apparently set the lock for the wrong hinge side. Once reset, it worked great. I did get a timely response from customer service offering any assistance I needed including replacement. I responded that I had reso!ved the problem and got a very nice response in return. I would add good customer service to my list of positive features.

We were looking to replace the lock on our back door and thought why not try a keyless door lock. The lock was very easy to install following the directions included. Setting up the fingerprints and access codes was super simple too. Within minutes after installing everything was set up and ready to go. It is really nice to be able to come home with grocery bags and be able to simply place my finger on the fingerprint reader. The door unlocks and I don't need to hassle with finding the key! Having the option of the code is nice too. Our kids no longer live at home, but I want them to have easy access whenever they want to come over. Instead of needing to make a bunch of duplicate keys I set them up with their own pass code and they can come and go as they please. This lock was such a great addition to our door, with a great price too! All the simple locks I was looking at in the big home improvement store cost about the same as this one, without any fancy bells and whistles! Totally worth the price, easy to install and such a great everyday life convenience!

This was easy to install. I like the self lock and alarm features to the lock. My only complaint is sometime it's hard to wake up to use keypad.

I would love to give this product a better rating. I purchased it, installed it and have had some mediocre issues with it. If it is rainy or cold then the fingerprint and push button key less entry does not work. You can only get in with the key card or actual key. I recently misplaced the manual and emailed customer service. Initially they said they needed proof I bought the product, which I provided, then they said the file was too large to email and they needed my whatsapp information, which I provided, Now they will not respond to my messages. I simply want to program the unit for the key cards, because the other ways of entry do not work. I would not buy this product again, because it doesn't really work and customer service is terrible.

Hi, this is the first time investing in technology for the door. It is real slick. I love the easy access to get in and out of the door with the multi function features. It is one of the selling points for me. You can use the fob, the key, your finger or a code. I use the finger for access, and I love the feature of just pressing the pound key to lock the door behind you. I bought rechargeable batteries for $18 and it already told me that it will need to be replaced. So I’m not sure exactly how many times or how quickly batteries need replacement, but an alert on replacing batteries was sound alerted after one week. So far I have not replaced them and the door is still working. Overall, this is a great product and great for many uses and many people entry codes. Good for Airbnb or visitors, and one of the reasons for buying this product over the others. Responsive customer service also.

This lock is really easy to install based on the user manual and I only ran into an issue after the lock was installed. I had an issue with the lock working backwards about an hour after installation but I contacted customer support and they responded in a quick manner and helped guide me to fix the lock to work the correct way with a simple fix!! The fingerprint scanner also works very well even in the cold which is something that I know some brands of lock have issues with. Overall I’m really pleased with this lock and hope it lasts a long time.

I bought this lock in July and everything has been perfect. In December, unfortunately there was a problem with the main board and stopped working. I immediately contacted customer service and they asked for a video and a few pictures and sent me a new one, no extra payment required.The reason I love this lock is because of the fingerprint unlocking mechanism. It is so easy and you don’t have to have your keys in hand to unlock it. You can have many fingerprints for different people and different fingers!It also comes with a regular key, a key fob, and you could use a regular number code to unlock the door. It is very convenient.The instructions were very clear and helpful when trying to navigate the new lock. Keep in a place you would go back and use!Would definitely recommend!

Easy to install and works pretty well. Ok to program not easy but not hard. Fingerprint reader works maybe 1 out of 20 times and I programmed my fingerprint twice

The lock works fine with a key or a passcode. Didn't work well using either fingerprint or the access code. The seller however, was outstanding in their effort and help to get the issue resolved. I guess it was my bad luck to get the lock with malfunctioning fingerprint reader.I received a replacement lock withing 2 days and this one worked perfectly!Installation, if you are replacing any other, existing lock takes 20 minutes. Programming fingerprints, passcodes and entry codes is easy and well described in the supplied manual. FOCs work perfectly too. Great lock for the price and perform exactly as expected. Recommended lock choice. Thanks to Seller's absolutelu outstanding support any issue is promptly addressed and resolved.

Fingerprint feature works 9 out of 10 times but the keypad never fails. Overall nice lock for the price.

This auto entry was very well priced and works great. Suggest you use good batteries. Had issue with instructions on key codes but figured it out easily. Called the online service for help and received a call back within a couple hours(no waiting on hold, they call you back). Customer service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this lock to anyone on a budget and who isn’t all that familiar with technology. AAA

This product worked fine for a few months then no longer opened sufficiently to allow finger print access… the company has done nothing over the last month of requesting warranty or replacement… it’s very frustrating as I got this so that I no longer needed to use a key.

Installed and day 1 so far works great.Update, the original physical keys did not work. Contacted support and they shipped out a new interior bolt and keys. Recieved quickly and installed easily. Works great, best product I've purchased on Amazon by far.
