I have just bought my second bottle of this almost miraculous liquid. I had a very serious operation on my neck/ throat nine weeks ago. I had 22 staples in my neck and three thin but red and nasty looking scars when the staples were removed. A friend recommended this product and I am astonished to sat it worked very well on my deep and serious scarring. I saw my Consultant after six weeks, he was very surprised at how well my wound had healed. I have only been using it at night. A little goes a long way. I would recommend this product very strongly for scarring.

Brilliant product. Will continue to buy. Great for my skin-wake up looking fresh! There are a lot of similar products out there that may be great as well but they often cost a lot more. This is the pure product. No need to spend a fortune. Very happy.

Male user review - quite simply the best product I found for post wet shaving. I have been using rose hip oil for years. I use this instead of a moisturiser. This brand is much cheaper and better than the expensive "trilogy" brand. If it's good enough for Princess Kate Windsor, it's good enough for my grill! Tip - avoid applying too much to neck area if wearing with white shirts/T-shirts. It stains the collars.

My son had a very bad case of chickenpox and was left with some nasty marks on his face. I was desperate to try to minimise their look. After some searching I found this product and talked with the people who market it. No-one seemed to know if it would be any use for my son's chickenpox marks but I was optimistic and bought it. I used it once or twice a day for several months on the 3 marks on his forehead and one on his nose. Eventually I stopped using it (before the advised time) as the marks had faded so much. Two of them I can no longer see at all & the biggest one although visible doesn't really look like a chickenpox mark at all. Rather it is like a slightly different coloured part of his skin. Others I know who have had this illness have been left with the classic marks & I credit this product with having helped my son's skin heal well. I used it very soon after the scabs had fallen off & I was diligent in its regular use (most often when he was asleep) & I massaged it in well as advised. I would advise anyone worried about chickenpox to get their children vaccinated against it as I had many a sleepless night upset over how badly he got the illness. I am however very grateful to this product and would definitely recommend it.

First of all I was surprised to note that the bottle had no seal, meaning that anything could be inside the bottle. The oil appeared to be very pale which indicates that it is probably refined, because good quality cold-pressed Rosehip oil has an orange / red hue. The genuine product is also light sensitive, should have a use-by date of around 90 days and come in a dark bottle to prevent UV damage. This product did not! But since there are so many glorious reviews here on Amazon, I put my concerns aside and used it often on some recent scarring. After a month of intense use I noticed absolutely no difference at all. I appreciate that it could take months to have an effect, but with the faint smell of cheap olive oil that this product has, I'm really not convinced that it's what it says it is. In fact if I didn't have better things to spend my money on, I'd have it tested in a laboratory. I've just ordered a certified organic Rosehip oil for twice the price and I will be comparing the two soon. But please do your research on good quality Rosa Mosqueta and the various process that can mean you end up with a pale product that contains hardly any of the fatty acids and proteins that give it its great reputation. *Update - two weeks ago I purchased an organic Rosehip Oil which was twice the price but so very different. It's a deep red colour, and it smells rich and vibrant as I would expect. It also has a use-by date because it's a truly natural product - with no vitamin E additives to prolong shelf life. My scar has reduced in redness significantly since using the other product and I am now completely convinced that this product is bogus and a waste of money.

Very good product. My wife has been using this cream for several years now and speaks most highly of it. Seems to increase in price at regular intervals though, but don’t most things these days!
