Awesome
Great light for product photography and headshots without having to break out the strobes. I like the controls on it and they are very intuitive and easy to use.

Well made, compact COB light
There is much to like about this compact and extremely well-made LED COB light. It is rated at about 150 watts which is bright for it's size. It uses a proprietary mount for lenses and diffusers but includes in the box a Bowens mount adaptor (which is what most of my diffuser softboxes are. It includes an AC power cord but also can be powered by V-mount batteries. I would encourage you to review several YouTube reviews that discuss the pros and cons of this COB, especially concerning the use (and limitations) of V-mount batteries with it. Certainly this is an option and a potential strength, but there are some limitations that you should be aware of. Its controls include the ability to adjust the temperature of the light from roughly 2700K to 6500K (warm to daylight) and to adjust the brightness level incrementally from 100% to 0%. The color accuracy is outstanding. It comes with a nice padded nylon case. A ⅝" mount at the bottom of the light allows it to be securely connected to any light stand. Recommended.

Good Light - Misleading Description
** The misleading description states the light can be run using a V-Mount battery and that it includes a V-Mount Battery handgrip. ** The light cannont be powered via a V-Mount battery as shipped. It also does not include the V-Mount battery grip. The product photo is accurate for what you receive. The description is not (it looks like it might be a copy/paste from their 60b kit). The power supply does have a V-Mount connector for mounting to a V-Mount holder - but does not include a V-Mount power option. I deducted a star from the review for this mit of misleading info - it may be a deal breaker for you.Assuming you're OK without the V-Mount power option - the rest of the light is really nice and well designed. It is bright and effecient. The CRI of the light is very accurate based off my light calibration tool. The noise is minimal, which is nice. I haven't used it for extended periods of time (hours), so I'm not sure how it will manage heat for all-day shooting. My guess is that it will be fairly minimal. The build quality is nice. It is an attractive design that feel sturdy. The FM mount is small and handy and works with my other FM accessories - but the adapter for Bowens is the real star. It allows you to use any bowens mounted modifier with this light. The adapter also has a mount so you can keep the tension off of the light itself. I would have preferred the adapter to be integrated vs a seperate product for storage/use convience. It has a dimmable knob and a color knob for getting proper WB. Both work exactly as expected. You can also do the traditional FX modes, like flash and TV, etc. I don't really use those, so I didn't dive deep into their use.It supports a remote (not included) and an app. I tend to only control it from the knobs for convience. It does include a DMX port. An adapter is not included, so you'l need to find a DMX cable to connect it with. An adapter to 3 or 4 pin DMX would be crazy useful. I wish it was included. The case is the nicest design I've see for an LED light. It has lots of room an ample pading. It even has velcro on top for attaching a stand or modifier to.The price is way higher (1.5 - 2x) than other simlar powered lights. The nanlite brand is fantastic for quality, however. So you'll have to balance quality with price to see if the value is present for you.

Professional Spot Light
If you are into professional photography and video. Having good lighting is a must have. The Nanlite Forza 150B definitely lives up to it. It has a very bright and high quality COB light source providing a much better uniform spot light compared to multiple individual LED chips. Great bi-color CCT light color range. CR96 rated which provides a very good natural color for the best photos. It has a very bright light output for such a little unit. It can be powered via the AC connectors or V mount battery which needs to be purchased seperately. The light feels very well built with solid constructions. Overall this is a a great quality professional spot light.

Great light for stills or video work
The amount of light this little unit puts out is unbelievable. It is half the size of my other lights with similar output.Using the included adapter, I was able to utilize my diffusers/modifiers.The light is nice and quiet, which is important when shooting video work. The included V-Mount is great to run it off the battery when using it in the field. The included case is great for storage and transport to offsite jobs.
