It stayed in place until I took it off. It gave support and as I'm on my feet for 10hrs a shift I didn't feel like my knee was taped up at all. Very comfortable. (The Prime Minister was wearing one when she met thew Austrian President). This is fixed to her arm and expensive if knocked off through swimming / games etc. Your tape (introduced by a friend of mine who was taping his leg for a knee injury) is brilliant, sturdy and very water resistant. Unlike other plasters etc we have used. Very good adhesion and stays stuck to skin even after a very sweaty training session. Stretchy enough to allow movement but also strong enough to help support joints. Also a very good price compared to some of the other name brand kinesiology tapes.The only downside so far is that this particular tapes seems to result in a bit of a localised allergic reaction on me. I'm not normally sensitive to plasters or similar tapes but definitely resulted in a reaction where the adhesive was in contact with my skin.
