What keeps water from pouring out the globe and out thru top of the stake? I don't see any sort of "snap-together" airtight connection?

If I use the globe, do I still need to attach a bottle?

How big is the globe itself, not including the spike? Trying to figure out if this will look/work right for a hanging plant.

How do I order a replacement terra cotta stake for this version with a 24 oz globe?
