Great product - once correctly applied this tape stays tight! Even through 2 showers.

I had my hesitations about this tape. Having played lacrosse in high school and some club league play in college, I had experience taping my ankles when I had some pain in my heel. When the longer distances started to stress my heel again to the point that it was uncomfortable to walk, I taped them up, but was still walking carefully to avoid any pain. I had been given a sample of Rocktape from one of my favorite monthly subscription services (Stridebox) and decided to give it a try. After watching a short video on their website to determine how to apply the tape for the issue I was having, I was able to get it on and within minutes felt relief. I purchased a few rolls to keep around the house and only use it when I am having an issue (I don't want to rely on it), but I have found this to be an excellent product that is worth using for muscle soreness and strains. The one complaint I have, minor as I am still reviewing this with five stars, is that I am swim as part of my training. They claim that this will stay adhered even with being submerged in water. I have found that it is not always the case. For prolonged swims, this falls off pretty quickly.

It works exactly as expected, giving me tremendous relief to rotator cuff pain. It sticks very well and so far it appears to be fairly water resistant. It’s worth noting that this is not a do it yourself product. I’m following the instructions given to me by a physical therapist to taped me up the first two times.

Did not stick for long. Yes, my husband followed the requirements and one of his daughters, who's a runner, swears by this tape. She not only uses for knees, also (R) shoulder and ankles as needed. After a grueling run it'll still stay in place with no pulled corners. Not the case with my husband. After shaving needed area for his (R) knee and cleaning after shaving, the tape was applied per instructions. It's very sticky so care is needed to make sure the tape doesn't self stick to itself but also furniture etc. Be situationally aware. After a few hours or less, and normal activity - no running but a brisk walk, the tape was already pulling up. Namely on corners. I'm sure it's a skin thing, the makeup of the skin, and just maybe this tape isn't for me or someone that has trouble with general tape; bandaids, surgical tape, etc. The quality and design of the tape is great. Just didn't work for me. As it turns out it was a very expensive trial for my husband. His daughter will certainly benefit.

I'm very pleased with thickness, color and quality of this tape. PT showed me how to put it on my knee which has caused me a lot of pain since my meniscus surgery. I went dancing last night wearing it and not only did it stay on, but it was very effective in toning down the pain so I could have fun. Somewhat expensive but I think it's SO worth it. My therapist usrs KT tape, it peels back every time on me. I think Rock tape is stronger.

Game changer for my lower back. My chiropractor uses these and I had to order me some and they hold me over well until I’m able to see him again.

Not nearly as sticky as "extra sticky' would suggest. This tape was pealing as soon as I put on my pants and rolled horribly.

I used to be a runner and would see other runners with their shins, thighs, knees, etc. taped at races. I didn’t really know what the hype was about. Last month I suffered an extremely painful injury and I am currently in week 8 of recovery. I am in physical therapy 3 times a week, and a few weeks ago the physical therapist said she wanted to tape me before I left. I saw the tape and thought about what I’ve seen before and thought hmmm...ok fine. I’ll try anything to relieve some pain. After the first 15-20 minutes of being taped, I became a believer. My particular injuries are my lower back and right hip. Before my next PT appointment, I had ordered my first box of Rock Tape (used by my PT) for myself. This tape makes SUCH a difference! It doesn’t relieve 100% of my pain, but I can tell a major difference in how I function with it on. It’s also very durable. Unless you have lotion or something on your skin, this stuff will stay on for days! The tape on my back has been on for as long as 5 days before I removed it myself for an appointment. Also, I have pretty sensitive skin and I was nervous about how my skin would react. I have had NO negative effects & I’ve been using it in the same 2 spots for weeks. I recommend using baby oil to remove it if you have sensitive skin or take a bath/shower to soak it first. Highly recommend!

Avevo già comprato in passato questo nastro quindi notandolo in questa piattaforma con un prezzo scontato non ho esitato ad acquistarlo! Sicuramente un dei taping migliori in mercato, il migliore tra quelli utilizzati da me! Utilizzato per dei problemi al polso/mano è riuscivo ad allievare il dolore e a sentire un supporto in più nei miei movimenti. Durevole, anche in acqua reagisce abbastanza bene! Per chi nn ha l’opportunità di cambiarlo posso tranquillamente dire che la sua applicazione e assicurata fino a 12h. Nessuna critica da fare! Lo consiglio… Questo brand ha veramente fatto un bel lavoro con questo prodotto! 5 stelle?!si mi sento di darle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent quality, the best tape I used so far. Waterproof and can be left on skin for 3 consecutive days. Highly recommended
