**Q: This is not working . Any instructions at all if it isn't?**
A: I contacted the supplier who responded with a long list of things to do and check, all of which I did with no success. Their final “advice” was to send a photo of the original controller together with details of the box model number etc. At this point, I gave up and bought an original controller from Humax which works perfectly.

**Q: Is this compatible with the freesat 4k recordable stb? is it fully functional if not which one is?**
A: If your asking about a replacement remote for humax freesat box it's yes

**Q: Will it work with a Freesat 4k recordable stab not Humax**
A: Don’t buy this. It does not work. The lengthy convoluted advice given by the supplier suggests they have had many complaints.
