Animal cruelty
This is a product of animal cruelty against a rare species, requiring an emu to be killed to collect its fat. Unlike essential plant oils, there is no evidence of any benefits of using emu oil, and it should not be on Amazon. It is falsely advertised as essential oil, it is not, it's animal fat.

Cruel - other equally beneficial oils are available
Killing an animal just so it's fast can be used in cosmetics is unnecessarily cruel. Other equally beneficial oils are available that don't require animal slaughter.

Multi-functions
This emu oil is 100% pure. I apply it to my dry elbow with very good absorption and my skin feels soft and moisturized. It leaves a pleasant smell. It can be used for the hair as well. The dropper is very practical. I love this emu oil. Highly recommend.

Effective moisturizer for old scars
I like this emu oil as it has softened and reduced the bumpy appearance of an old surgical scar. The scar is decades old and was still hard in places. I use the emu oil once a day and the scar is now much softer and less noticeable. I tried it on my itchy scalp. It helped the skin but made my hair greasy. I don't like it on my hair because it doesn't get completely absorbed

Emu oil cold pressed in India with a production date for June 1/24 and an expiry of May 1/26. The oil is thick as expected with mild, pleasant smell that is typical of Emu oil. There are two kinds of droppers provided but the oil is thick and only small amounts are drawn at a time. Very small mostly opaque bottle that arrives nicely packaged for gifting.
