Shipping was pretty quick less than 2 week turnaround. I upgraded from a Shimano 105 50/34 172mm arms to this Ultegra 52/36t 160 mm arms. You do have to make adjustments to your front derailleur if you go from a crank like mine to this one. You have to raise it up a little and make small adjustments. Big difference on the hills. Can feel it in the legs really good. The star plug for the left side crank arm runs a little short. I used my old one from my 105 crank arm which was like 1/2" longer than the one that comes with it.
