This product has helped me go from 45-55 day cycles to 30-32 days! Wouldn't be without it now. No side effects at all.The label could be more clear but I'm told this has been improved on the new bottles. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I took my time before purchasing just any inositol and I’m glad I went with this brand. I don’t need to buy each element of this capsule separately. I hate taking a lot of supplements all the time but with this one I’ve reduced taking 6 different capsules for just one and for the price, it’s worth it. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks. After the first week, I started spotting, which to me is a good sign but I know it’ll take a while before getting my period and I’m happy to wait because I don’t like going back to taking 6 different capsules for different supplements. It is a month’s supply with taking 6 daily and having 180 capsules but compared to buying bottles of different supplements separately, this is definitely worth it.

Excellent inositol supplement with all the additional vitamins required. It is the 3rd type of inositol that I’ve used over the past 12 months and so far the best. Highly recommend!

As someone who struggles swallowing pills, I can definitely say that these capsules are PERFECT. They taste amazing and are so easy to open and just put on your food/drink. Costumer service was really friendly when I contacted them and the Ingredients and instructions of use are very clear.

I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and was advised to take myo and d-chiro inositol supplement in the strength of 4000mg+100mg daily. I struggled to find this strength in the UK market as most products to advertise 40:1 ratio but only advise 2050mg daily dose which was half of what my Gynaecologist prescribed.I found this product on sale at a good price.The instructions are clear and there's some advise of how to slowly start taking inositol to avoid side effects. I have started taking 1 scoop in the AM and on at night has I had already been on this dose of inositol with a different product last month.I'm not yet able to comment on effect as it is a new product for me but overall easy to use. The only negative that weighted down my rating is the fact that I struggled with the taste. Even though it has no added flavours, I can feel a taste of flour and a slight grainy texture when drinking it.I look forward to try the capsule form of made available in the UK.

Excellent pill to regulate the menstrual cycle, pain. I have been using it for two months and the results have been wonderful, since my period has always been very bad in terms of pain.

Easy to swallow pills , compared to other brands i had before , i like the fact that it explains how to take it so your body gets used to it. And also that you take it twice(3 pills mornings and 3 at night) a day so easy to remember! No taste , can’t confirm how it works yet as i have used it for 5 days only , will update after few months. Also the creator of the brand is amazing , i follow pcosmama since ages on instagram , she seems genuine and her boy is the same age as my daughter, adorable.

This is one of the only supplements I could find work a 40:1 ratio. The capsules are really easy to take and the customer service is great with guidance on dose.
