The Curious Adventures of Atlas: Germany

I bought this book for our future grandson who will be named Atlas. Beautiful illustrations. Great story!

My family is moving to Germany and we bought some books to read to him to get him excited about the big transition. There aren’t many books for kids about Germany that are non fiction so we read this one pretty often to our toddler. He loves the story and is super excited about moving to Germany, I really think this book is part of the reason why.

What a fun book for kids to explore. The illustrations are beautiful and the story is so creatively written. Atlas is a lucky kid to explore such wonder. Looking forward to their next adventure!

This book takes you on a journey with Atlas, who for his very first adventure, lands in Germany. This book offers your child tier 2 vocabulary, background knowledge on Germany, famous places to visit there, one of their famous foods (One day I’ll get to experience it.), their candy, and they get practice speaking German with Atlas! I will be buying this book for birthdays and other holidays for my loved ones. I learned new facts about Germany, and now I can’t wait to one day visit and experience what Atlas did. I will be on the lookout for this author’s next series.

Such a wonderful story about a boy named Atlas. It is a great way to go on an adventure and learn about another culture. This is also a perfect book to gift teachers for their classrooms as it comes with a bonus activities.

My family and I love reading this book. Atlas took us on a dreamland adventure to Germany, where we learned some German phrases, visited different cities to sightsee, and even learned about German foods! I hope this will be a series so Atlas can take us to other countries around the world.
