I like that it has celery seed extract which helps control sugar for me. It only has 2.5 carbs and 2 sugars but for me it is to sweet tasting. I would like even more if it did not have the added glucose, taste sweeteners in it. My husband was on prescription meds for gout and has tapered off and only eats the recommended 2 Gummies daily and so far his gout has not returned nor his labs showed any changes.
