Luca: Belles & Mobsters

Couldn't put this book down I know its the last one in this series but you have to wonder what happens with all the children in the futureAll of this has been so good will need to go back and reread it again

I've got nothing to say but keep it up EW, this series has been a marvel to read, from the waiting on a another book to reading the sadness & happiness in each book has been a pleasure & I can't wait to see what the next generation get up to especially the TWO set of twin at the J.O.A school, if you haven't already pick up book 1 of 'The Belles & Monsters' series, but tbh pick up any of EW books you won't be dissapointed

What an ending to the Belles and Mobster series. I adored the book, as well as the rest of them. I did feel this one was more timid in comparison to some of the others but I think it was the perfect ending.Margaret is an amazing and strong leading lady in this one. She knew her own mind and wasn't afraid to stand up for herself. And Luca was just a sweetheart under all that tough guy stuff.I loved the journey we went on to get these two together! I enjoyed how it wasn't all smooth sailing and all the bumps on the way just added to it.It's been an amazing journey with all of the wonderful couples in the series and I look forward to reading more about the children in the future!

I've been reading many of Eva Winners books and all have been amazing but this one just blew all the others out of the water!!! Wow!!!Luca is part of the Bells and Mobsters series and they all can be read as standalones and I've read a few of them but not all, from what I've read in this series this is the best so far. If you like your men being obsessive, possessive, stalkerish, Dominant then Luca is the man for you! Hot diggity damn that man is 🔥🔥 Margaret is a fantastic female lead here she's ballsy, bratty, kinda kooky and crazy and boy does she keep Luca on his toes 😂 she's been avoiding Luca for years now he is everything she can't stand in a man also there is the little detail here.......his father killed hers😱 when they sleep together at a masquerade ball she falls pregnant but of course doesn't know who the father is (Luca of course knows it's him)Luca wants Margaret and he'll do anything to get her in his grasp! Both of these have their own tramas to deal with but they fit so well together and have the most amazing chemistry 🔥🔥🔥 my kindle was hot to handle in most scenes lol. Honestly you won't be disappointed at all with any of Eva's books, I can't wait for the next one to drop!!!

4.5★/54🌶/5Luca and Margaret had a long way to go before their happy ending. It was full of lies and secrets, unknown, hatred and anger. Luca being King was the 1st and main reason why Margaret didn’t want to have anything to do with him. But the more she pushed him away, the more persistent and determined he was in his mission to win her heart. Even through deception, manipulation to achieve his goal. Getting her pregnant wasn’t on his agenda, but hey, not like he could complain about another bond on the way for them to be together.Just like other Belles, Margaret is incredibly strong, fierce and ready to fight for what’s right at all costs. She proves that time after time, with her fight against mother, her uncle’s family, running away to hide when to protect her baby. Her constant banter with Luca only heats up their relationship, slowly realizing that there is more than hate or aversion towards him. Luca is patient in his approach, methodical in planning each step, to be in good grace with Margaret, and finally wins her heart, which obviously won’t be an easy task.

I’ve really enjoyed all this series and while I’ve been so excited to read all the books, knowing this is the last book in the series I was both excited and a little sad that the world is complete. Knowing this author’s books though, the crossovers in the world mean characters just can’t help themselves from turning up in other places.Luca has been present for so many of the books, with a charming brand of crazy but unlike Sasha has never stolen the scene or chapter from the main characters. Loving Luca in this book has therefore come as a bit of a surprise both to me and Margaret :)I love Margaret she was a stand out character in Cassio’s book and it’s great to see more of her and I love how spirited, strong and kickass she is throughout the book. She’s possibly the best female character in the series (although the lovely Belles would have to fight for that title). Luca and Margaret’s relationship has a sweetness to it that the other books in the series don’t always show and that adds another dimension to the book and the series.This series is going to take some topping and I’m so excited to see where this author goes next with her Mafioso world.

For me Luca has definitely been the best book in the Belles and Mobsters series. Who would’ve thought that the badass Luca could be so sweet but at the same time still be an all alpha, dirty talking hero. It’s a Irish/Italian merging of two crime families as he’s had his eye on Margaret Callahan since they met as children under less than auspicious circumstances but fortunately for him Margaret’s memory is a bit spotty about the details of that particular occasion. Margaret is definitely my favourite heroine from the series. She’s a fiery Irish woman who wouldn’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to protect her loved one. She hates Luca on principle because she blames his father for her father’s murder. When they finally do get together think fireworks exploding in the sky so strong is their chemistry. The plot deals with an accidental pregnancy where the father is unknown at least to the expectant mother and how secrets will never remain buried forever no matter how much you might want them to. With appearances from all the previous heroes from this series, if this is the final book then it’s a more than fitting finale although I do think we deserve to know if Hannah finally gets her men complete with a proposal on blended knee although that might be because Arianna has a shotgun at his back plus Margaret does have three unmarried brothers!
