Excellent unique product
Got one of these for my sister as a bd gift. Before I wrapped it up a n d gave it to her I checked it out. These globes are so cool and hypnotic I stared at it for hours. I almost didn't give it to her!! That's OK I'm gonna treat myself to one real soon. If ur looking for a unique classy gift that not too many others have, this is it. Mova globes are a little pricey. Worth every penny though......

A great gift
The media could not be loaded. This is a really cool little globe. Auto rotates depending on the brightness of the light it's exposed to. I do think it's a bit on the expensive side, but it's a great novelty gift for just about anybody. No batteries needed.

A unique and cool home accent to add to any display
This is a very cool addition to add to your home/office accents. I love how the globe spins on our display case. It has been the center of discussion multiple times when we have guests come over. The stand that the globe rests on is pretty dang sturdy and was a cinch to put together. As some of the reviews have said that the globe is actually a little bigger than you might expect. The globe is heavier than I originally thought. It requires a decent amount of light for the globe to spin. In other words, the area you place the globe needs to be fairly litted for it to start spinning. The instructions say to place the globe near a window but don't place it in direct sunlight. We placed our globe in a display case that has a light built in and we turn it on when we have guests over. The only downside for this product is mainly the price point. As cool as it is, I still feel like I overpaid for it by a decent amount. Would recommend getting this if the person receiving it is a big fan of planets, space, or our home planet.

Bought this for a retirement gift and he loves it! Very relaxing to watch it spin. Highly recommend for a unique gift for a military person or a world traveler.
