Having just purchased one of these, the shower head keeps turning while in use in the holder how do i stop this?

Hi, Can understand your frustration! Mine was doing just the same so I purchased a roll of silver coloured sticky tape and bound it up so that it can't move. It works but only lasts so long as it does tend to work loose (due to steam etc). It has sort of solved the problem. Hope this helps.

One, through the centre of each.

Would I be okay reusing existing holes at 465mm apart?

Technically, yes. But I wouldn't. I had a good look at it and returned the item. The earier instructions on how to do this are correct, but I reckon that the finished result would look a little naff. Even if you were able to make a *very* neat cut on the tube, I think that it would start to rust as you have exposed the cut steel. If you don't cut the tube, you'll be left with a long bit of tube sticking up with a large hole in it.
