There’s no lining. It’s a decent cover but some water will seep through it if rain is heavy enough.

Can you use this without the hardtop ?

Yes fits fine without the hardtop on

How are you supposed to put the cover on with the antenna on

Put mine over it bit I have a stubby antenna
