Certainly when purchasing the item there is no paperwork to register for a guarantee. You will only get about 12 months out of it anyway. **Q: My lights are going out on my Dimplex Otymist fire after about 30seconds before any smoke , , could this be the transducer** A: My transducer failed, then there was no smoke, but the lights stayed on. The lights only seem to go out when the water runs out. A new transistor fixed it. However once the water tank needs refilling the lights will go out (as they are meant to). **Q: What is the voltage at transducer** A: It does not state the voltage but as it is UK market the standard voltage is 220/240 it works absolutely fine. **Q: Will this work on a dimplex gosford fire** A: Will not work on my Dimplex Gosford fire! So frustrating.
