We first experienced the large scrabble board at a vacation rental, and we loved it so much we bought our own! Obviously, it’s very large so having somewhere to store it is important. (We store it under a bed)

I like that is was really a big size the board including the tiles. The black and white over all color is a nice look too. Happy with thisnpurchase and can't wait to use!

Game is officially licensed by Hasbro, but produced by "Crazy Games". Wish shipping included an exterior box on top of the original box to prevent damage (original box is a tad flimsy), but I was lucky and only had one corner slightly damaged. Everything else came in perfect order. There is heft to this version and it weighs a bit, but has a "Lazy Susan" attached underneath with rubberized feet so the board is easy to turn quickly and the board doesn't go flying off or neither do the pieces thanks to the raised grid. The letters are super easy to read and the game rules are as always very straightforward and easy to comprehend.Now, I'm not knocking senior centers, I've actually spend quite a bit of time in various ones providing company / entertainment pro bono to senior citizens who don't get visited often if ever. Usually its TV or making puzzles, chess and few other recreational items for them, but I feel with the heft and easy to turn board and the size of the letters this would be perfect for those places.My wife and I have deteriorating eyesight and as we age it gets worse. However, it was great playing Scrabble with the kids in such a large format that was easy to read, score with and rotate the table quickly to keep everyone engaged.Highly recommend this edition for those Scrabble lovers.Reboxing the game after play isn't too great, I plan on reinforcing the box with clear tape, but all the small contents pack away easily, and it all fits back in.

I bought this for my family to play and when I opened the box the lazy Susan was broken off along with two of the sides of the board were off. So cheap when I paid a lot of money for it.

I really like the size and color scheme on this board. It has a very high scale feel and look. The grid overlay holds the pieces very well. The board height is tall enough for your rack to be place under the board and doesn't obstruct the spinning of it. The tiles are a little thin and light. The alpha characters are printed on the tile then clear coated. I don't think they will wear off but a stamped character would have been better. There isn't any storage within the board. They supply a nice thick black box to hole the tray and tiles. There is a velvet bag for the tiles as well. We've really enjoyed playing on this board.

This game quality confuses me…board game swivels with ease and has nestled spots for tiles which are great but the actual material it is made from is lightweight and cheap. One coroner in ours is dented in due o shipping. Additionally it’s comes with no storage box other than the cheap cardboard box it arrived in, again ours was damaged. For price I expected

This board is large certainly a large format version. If you are a Scrabble fan this deluxe board is very nice when opening it gives you that premium feel. It's all black wood and plastic construction.. The board sits level and rotates. The wood tiles and holders are beautifully painted black. The board is roughly 24" square and feels weighted to not tip over so easily. The tiles fit perfectly on the board. It comes with the typical accessories you find in the original game. The tiles are fairly lightweight roughly about 1.25" square. 1/8" thick. The box was banged up a bit so the corners of the board were slightly damaged. It's fairly hefty and large for it to be portable.
