Just received, very nice looking and substantial. Not real easy to program with included instruction sheet. Downloaded PDF from Phillips, much more user friendly. So Far so good

UPDATE: The clock started having major malfunctions after about 5 months. Every morning when the alarm goes off, it somehow changes the time on the clock, which is a BIG issue when trying to use an alarm clock. It has been a pain to get in touch with Philips customer service, but they should be sending me a refund for it. Now, I have to start the search over for a new alarm clock. :( Just for further updates, it's been over a month of trying to get Philips to do anything about this. They promised a refund and I've called 5+ times and sent multiple emails with no luck. I'm very disappointed and expected more from a company like Philips. Original Review: I’ve been using an iHome alarm clock for many years and models. It was time to upgrade again, and it looks like their clocks no longer include a radio. Don’t get me started on Bluetooth and how it connects when you don’t want it to but not when you do want it to. I need a reliable radio. So, I wanted an iHome comparable clock with radio. This one is the best I found. Pros: - radio! Pretty good tuning, too - alarms can be set for weekday or weekend so you rarely have to disarm the alarms - HUGE - nice large snooze button (they seem to be getting smaller and smaller on the iHome) - wireless charging Cons: - only 3 dim settings on the clock. I wish it could dim more. - the buttons on the top don’t light up so it’s hard to turn the alarm off in the dark because you can’t see the buttons- that’s a big deal and might cause me to return this - setting the clock is odd and not user friendly. You have to look up an online manual bc the one it comes with is only pics and not very helpful/clear. Overall, it seems like a good clock with a few cons.

This clock is not reliable. It sometimes shows the same time for hours with out updating until unplugged and power is restored to it. More than once the time has changed on it's own by 45 minutes or more, showing an earlier time. I suspect this is part of the same problem inside this clock. Not useful if you cannot depend on the time being displayed or for wake-up. BEWARE.

I am very pleased with this purchase. This is the third radio set that I bought. It works great. I love that it can charge the phone, but most of all that I can use the bluetooth to play the music on my phone. I intend to buy a couple more for other rooms in the house.

I had a problem setting the clock time and the alarm time. The product could be greatly improved if it included a detailed user manual. The clock was of no use to me until I was able to obtain the manual. Now that the product is working properly, I like it's performance. The very low volume when the alarm first activates took some getting used to. At first i thought the alarm wasn't working. I guess my advanced age was part of the problem.

I bought this for my wife, but after a few months use, it starts changing the time. At first she would reset it, but now we realize that over the day it will consistently change the time and then set it self back to the correct time. It is annoying and I'll have to find something else.

I bought this clock exactly one year ago and in that time it has “frozen” four times. Thankfully it happened during the day each time and not overnight, so far anyway. It’s also pretty difficult to set up and buttons are small and mot easily readable. I don’t recommend it. Update- alarm did not go off this morning, display was flashing like it was going off but no sound was coming out. Has frozen twice since my previous review. Going in trash as soon as I find a replacement. Don’t waste your money and time on this POS.

The vendor does not have any sense with the Indian market. The charging point cannot be plugged in Indian system. You need to buy another adapter to charge your it. Very poor experience and returned it back.
