Needed a compact towel rack, and this one works fine. It's easy to assemble as the screws and a hex tool are included. Bath towels have to be draped over the bars as the width accommodates hand towels and wash cloths only.

Exactly what we needed for my kid’s small bathroom. Don’t take up much room and is a great alternative to putting holes in the walls to hang towels.

As I began to assemble this towel rack, I thought it came with the wrong parts. You had to stretch the bars to get them to fit in the screw holes, and when assembled, it was slightly off angle and did not rest on the floor flat. I am only keeping this item because I can hide its uneven appearance by draping a big towel over it, and I have to drive 30 miles to a UPS drop off center. Possibly I just got a defective rack?

It was a gift so I did not assemble so it was hard to grade those two categories

Too small for me

Couldn't get level on tile floor. It worked better on carpet.

The middle rack leans towards the back. Hardware literally came in a ziplock bag and kind of looks like it’s been used before. But for the price, I love it! Pic with my 18 month old for height reference. Directions say it should take 2 adults 30 minutes to put together, but it took my tot and me a whopping 6 minutes. I plan on using this as a blanket rack for in front of our fireplace.
