Review: Poor customer service - The text is fine. Unfortunately, after four weeks of asking I’ve yet to be granted access to the on-line image files. I will use the text to teach a graduate-level course this month. I’ve now asked Wolters-Kluwer three times vis calls and emails for access to the files so that I may use them to construct slides. Not having them will cost me significant extra time and make it harder on my students. I have purchased several texts over my career from other publishers and always had immediate access to on-line supplemental material. I cannot recommend this publisher if one requires easy access to promised on-line materials.
