Impressive presentation and quality gives this book the feel of an old leather-bound style book, an enjoyable read for all fans of norse mythology although it might be better recommended for adults than children

Great content and looks amazing

I knew I had to buy this as soon as I saw it, I love the barnes & noble editions as they're all so pretty. I bought this as a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint the recipient! I haven't read it myself but the person I gifted to said it is one of the better editions for content on Norse Myth too.

This book has a beautiful look with a leather feel to it. Pages are well printed with illustrations to go along side with the stories being told.These tales are written in great detail & are written in a sort of school textbook style.However, I made the mistake of buying this book as my introduction to Norse mythology and, as a young teenager, found it slightly tricky to understand the storylines due to the complexity of the sentences, haha.Overall, it’s a great book for more experienced readers.

Lots of information and tales regarding norse mythology and deities, plus the book is gorgeous with its golden edged pages.

Absolutely beautiful book. The cover is a lot darker than in the picture but that doesn’t take away from how gorgeous it is. Its written well and the illustrations really add to its overall appeal. If you want to learn more about Norse mythology, then this is the book for you.
