My 2 and a half year old toddler's favorite Christmas present. The pieces are a good size for little hands, and my toddler can assemble and disassemble the car with minimal help. Delighted to have an electric screwdriver that looks like a grown up one rather than a toy. Yes, the wheels come off when the finished car is played with, but my toddler loves this- when a wheel comes of he fetches his power tool and fixes the car all by himself. Being a mechanic adds to the game and the toy has been hours of fun so far. Only niggle is some spare bolts included in the kit would be useful, as if one bolt goes missing the car will be missing a crucial component like a wheel.

Bought this for our little boys 3rd birthday. He has developed a fascination for daddy's drill and loves cars so this looked perfect. Impressed with the quality of the product, the case, drill and screw driver plus the car are all well made and seem sturdy. He can take it apart and put it back together with a little help from us and this will definitely grow with him. My only negative comment would be on the packaging within the case, it would be good to have little built in compartments to put the various bits back into the case - as it is we threw the yellow plastic away and all the bits just get chucked in the case together.

bought this for my 2 year old grandson. The box and contents are good quality and sturdy and no sharp or fiddly pieces. The drill and screwdriver handles are a good size for a child's grip and the drill works easily with a gentle press on the trigger. The screws are also quite big so not easily lost or swallowed (obviously younger ones supervised while playing with this) and you can use either of the tools on the wheels.

Has kept our little boy entertained for a long time. Now he is 3 he is getting much better at using it and really likes it. One challenge is remembering which screw goes where - would be useful if they were numbered or colour coded as otherwise without adult guidance it can be quite hard for a young child to do alone

Got this for my 3 y/o daughter for Christmas after she wistfully wished that we hadn't taken the spanner away when we got tired of finding her bicycle brakes detached. This seems to be a good, safe replacement for an inquisitive kid who's always getting in people's toolboxes. She's really enjoyed assembling and disassembling the race car with both the manual and electric screwdrivers.Pros: Little kids can actually assemble and disassemble this toy themselves. The parts are big enough that they are easy for little hands to grip. The carrying case keeps everything from getting misplaced. For the environmentally-conscious, this comes with minimal plastic packaging.Cons: The spare screwdriver head is easy to misplace if you're not careful.

Lovely racing car construction set that really does look like a Bosch Tool Set. The tools are easy to grip for little hands & the car is easy to construct & take apart. My 2 & 3 year grandsons (and their dads) love it.

My 2 year old son absolutely loves this. The battery screwdriver is good quality and has survived a few toddler tantrums. The switch to reverse or spin the drill to tighten the screws is a bit fiddly for a 2 year old, but he is already getting the hang off it after a couple weeks use.

Bought this for grandson for Xmas. I showed my son who was equally pleased and thinks he will love it. Other reviews sealed my purchase. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the plastic on the front of the case seems quite flimsy. I fear if lent on this would split. This is highly likely with small boys. So if your buying it for a present lay a sheet of cardboard over it when wrapping, or better still, box it.

Unser 2jähriger schraubt nun seit mehr als 3 Monaten immer wieder begeistert an diesem Rennauto herum: Reifen, Motorblock, Frontschürze und Spoiler - weg und wieder dran, weg und wieder dran - und dann natürlich einmal quer durchs Haus damit gefahren. Es wird immer wieder aus dem Regal gezogen und bespielt. Ein Dauerbrenner!(EDIT: der 2jährige ist inzwischen fast 4 und kramt das Auto immer noch von Zeit zu Zeit hervor. Inzwischen wird es aber komplett bis zur letzten Schraube demontiert und wieder zusammengesetzt. Trotz intensiver - und zum Teil recht rabiater - Nutzung des Akkuschraubers haben wir diesem erst einmal die Batterien wechseln müssen und er läuft noch topp!)Schön auch, dass der Sitz Platz bietet für Lego Duplo bzw Playmobil 1-2-3 Rennfahrer (siehe Foto), beide passen gut hinein, wenn sie auch nicht fest sitzen.Manko: die Aufkleber sind SEHR friemelig aufzukleben, einer ist uns dabei gerissen. Dafür würde ich fast einen halben Stern abziehen, denn sowas kann herstellerseitig maschinell sehr viel einfacher passieren. Aber die Aufkleber halten bisher immer noch ohne am Rand abzugehen, das ist zumindest nochmal positiv anzumerken.Akkuschrauber und Schraubendreher sind noch voll intakt und es war auch noch kein Batteriewechsel nötig.Das Plastik-Innenleben des Koffers haben wir direkt entsorgt, da zu instabil und scharfkantig für den täglichen Gebrauch. Aber ohne ihn passt das Rennauto super in aufgebautem Zustand in den Koffer und kann zusammen mit dem Werkzeug schnell und einfach aufgeräumt werden.Würden wir immer wieder kaufen und planen auch das Set noch zu erweitern!
