Prompt delivery, good quality and good flavour. The price is very reasonable. There's no negative point at all.The date on the sachet is NOT expiry date, but production date. The best before date is on the paper inside the package. It lasts 4 years before opening. Great!

Lovely ink
I am so happy that I can get squid ink on line! I made arroz negro and it was fantastic.great ink at a good price!

Not the best..
I have used 2 sachets for one risotto, still not enough colour or flavour, a bit of a waste of time really. Don't think you will be able to achieve what you tasted on holiday...

cuttlefish ink
Its not squid ink its cuttlefish ink, did the job but its a cheaper alternative, bit annoyed when it clearly says squid

Not to my expectations
Not the best ink I've had.I've had pasta nero di sepia many times and by using this particular ink didn't do the job for meDisappointed

Lovely on seafood pasta or rice meals
I cooked a gorgeous pasta with prawns, garlic and chillis meal. The kids were delighted with the ink, they said it was so cool. Lovely also for a seafood paella.

Its squid ink, is there any more thateally needs to be said? Black and inky. From a squid. Nice size sachets too.

Less than i expected
When i bought i was waiting very good flavour.But after buy it and tasted is is not same i have tasted in Italy.So no very good,but not bad at all
