Fantastic. Works as well as I'd hoped and a good solid build.

I have had this desk for a week now and really love it. It is extremely well made. It is simple to operate and the counter-balancing springs effectively negate the weight on the desk. It has enough width to handle my 29" monitor and my 15.6" laptop and still have space to sign paperwork. The dropped shelf for the key board and mouse is a great idea. Having spent 25 years slumping in uncomfortable chairs, standing up is perfect - it really does feel much healthier.

This product is a dream come true for anyone who cannot or doesn't want to sit too long while working on the computer. The quality of construction and the ease of use could not be better. I wish I had had this years and years ago, especially because for many years I have worked mostly at home. I would very possibly have been able to avoid the loss of one leg to numbness and other spinal problems that resulted mostly from far too much sitting over the years. The product is absolutely worth the price being asked for it. Just one caveat, though: once you have this on your desk (unless the desk is much larger than most), you will have to give it a large part of the desk surface, which you might have wanted to use sometimes to do paperwork. Thus the apparatus is really intended just for working on a computer, whether a laptop or a desktop. My desk is 60 inches (152 cm) wide, and I do have room for a printer 15 inches wide on the right of the apparatus, but the limited desk surface left in front of the printer is not good for doing paperwork because that is where the drawers are, so one cannot put the desk chair there. Actually, especially if one's office chair adjusts downward, one can use the desk space under the apparatus for paper work, but it is a bit awkward with the keyboard platform 15 inches (38 cm) above the desk surface. But as long as one is prepared for this situation, the product is wonderful to use.

I really like this option for standing. I find that I stand way more than I sit. Before I was sitting probably 8 hours per day and now it's probably closer to 2 hrs. We have a custom desk so it doesn't fit my desk perfectly. The depth of my desk is 22.5 inches and so overhangs by about one inch but still very stable. It is probably better ergonomics standing than sitting; so I need to tweak that. And there is no place to rest your elbow so going to have my engineering student 18 year old kid jurrey rig something for me. One thing that would make it better is more room on the keyboard portion. Between mouse, wrist rest, and keyboard there is not a lot of room. Plenty of space on the monitor portion. I have papers, coffee cup and charger for my headset up here. I do not have the monitor attachment but think that would put the monitors at better eye level. The funnel thing included to keep your cords together is essential. Not quite as easy to set up as it shows on website but the more wireless you are the quicker it would be to set up. But I having nothing that is wireless and no pinching cords; easy up and down. I am liking this a lot and wish I would have done ALOT sooner. Interestingly I am not noticing as much aches and pains. Good purchase though probably 150.00 over priced.

Nach langer Recherche und verschiedenen Empfehlungen habe ich mich für den Ergotron entschieden aus folgenden Gründen:1. Einfach zu installieren -- hinstellen und gut ist es.2. Fläche: ein Apple Cinema-Display sollte bequem Platz finden; es finden inzwischen auf dem Ergotron neben dem Monitor auch eine Ladestation fürs Mobiltelefon, ein A4-Notizblock und ab und zu ein Ordner Platz3. Stabilität: Das Apple Cinema-Display ist von sich aus kein Leichtgewicht. Der Ergotron macht das Hoch- und Runterfahren dennoch zum Kinderspiel.4. Maximale Höhe: Bei über 1,90m ist die richtige Höhe schwer zu finden. Hier passt die höchste Stufe perfekt.5. Sicherheit: Wenn nicht beide Sicherungshebel gezogen werden, rührt sich der Ergotron keinen Millimeter. Und das ist gut so.Ergänzend wird immer von der maximalen Belastung gesprochen. Dazu sei nur so viel bemerkt: Eine Kollegin hat sich beim Nachdenken im hochgefahrenen Zustand (vom Ergotron nicht von der Kollegin ;-) ) voll darauf abgestützt. Das einzige was passierte, war ein sattes Einrasten und sonst nichts.Ebenfalls rückengeplagte Kollegen kommen jetzt öfter zu mir und wir besprechen allerlei Tabellen sehr effizient im Stehen an meinem Arbeitsplatz.Ich kann den Ergotron nur empfehlen.

El producto me encanta, tiene un acabado muy bueno y elegante.Lo malo: la barra que soporta el teclado es muy pequeña para tener un teclado y un ratón en ella, siempre me encuentro limitado en el movimiento de mis manos cuando estoy usando ambos dispositivos.
