Sprinkle on thin areas (typically the crown) and then lightly pat the hair to settle the fibres. Repeat this until you are happy with the coverage- but don`t overload the hair- they will fall off if too many are used. 3) Use the "salt shaker" provided to cover larger areas. For smaller areas use a spray applicator: here there is a problem because Nanogen don`t make one ! I bought a small 7g Gofyber sample bottle and a Toppik applicator for this and simply carefully pour some of the Nanogen fibres in to this. The spray applicator is ideal for partings and hairlines. Make sure you buy a hairline optimizer to cover the forehead when using the applicator on the hairline to keep things neat. I find a makeup brush is ideal to tidy up the hairline as well. If you sprinkle on bare skin and your scalp sweats it can look patchy.
