This is my second one now, I used it faithfully everyday. Now, I know all the extra benefits and purposes it has outside of just being an extra step in my skin care routine. Super easy to use and to clean. It's lightweight and takes up little space on my sink. The quality is top tier, don't be detoured by how adorable it is, everything is of great quality in this kit. Definitely loved using those face masks and that cute headband! It has many functions outside of just your standard face steamer; it has a basket for essential oils to give a nice relaxing aroma to a room, or for heating towels. I find it works great for my partner's sinuses too. Just close him in the bathroom with this steamer and it clears his nose right up. It's also safe for pets too in case you have a cat or dog that has allergies or sinus issues. I can't harp on this product enough and shout out to the customer care team that replaced mines with no issues!

The facial steamer is superb it comes with the spa kit which is so beneficial. The pink colour is so cute. Completely open the pores of the skin and gives smoother skin instantly and feels refreshed. Adjustable heat level very easy to clean. I just loved it.

So far I love everything about this. The steam is very therapeutic, and I look forward to trying the essential oil attachment. All the inclusions were better than I was hoping. It heats up while plugged in even if turned off, so be mindful of that. I had plugged it on on a wooden counter top while I was unboxing and by the time I was ready to actually use it, it was warm and left a little mark on my counter. I ended up placing in on a waterproof mat and covered the rest of the counter. It doesn't get hot to the touch, just a little warm even in use. The size is agreeable, I just have to sit on a pillow while using it as my vanity chair is very low and it blows upward. The manual that comes with it is very informative and clear.

This set is aesthetically pleasing and comes with so many helpful tools—it definitely feels like a great value. The design is sleek and it heats up fairly quickly. However, the steam output is a bit weaker than expected, and the smell when first used is slightly plastic-y (but fades with time). It’s still relaxing and gets the job done, especially for beginners. Not salon-level, but a solid at-home spa starter.

Have owned this for a while and I still love it, its lasted well over a year. So quality and durability are fantastic. All the extras were very nice and I get great use out of the tools. Highly recommend

I bought this one to replace the Pure Ionic NanoSteamer - 3-in-1 Facial Steamer because it only lasted three months and it never provided a steady stream of steam. The only thing good about that purchase was the pimple and blackhead tool kit that came with it, it is professional grade! This is such a great little machine, with a steady and strong stream of steam! I use it every morning to clear my sinuses and for a facial steam before applying my serums and again before bed and my night time serums. It comes with a ton of spa and skin care tools which is nice! I love the jade rolling tool but I have not yet used the other items. I will definitely buy this again a gifts and if I ever need a replacement! **UPDATE*** Jan 7, 2025. I still use this machine every day twice a day and I absolutely love it! Once I forgot to turn it off ( overnight ) and even though it ran out of water it did not die. I still only use the jade roller so I cannot speak on the rest of the items that came with it. The head band was far too small for my head, it is more child size. **UPDATE*** January 26, 2026 This machine is a beast! I still use it twice a day and it works great just make sure you don't fill it past the waterline or it will spit water at you as it heats to steam. If that happens make sure you have a washcloth near by to cover it until it properly steams. My skin care routine is to wash my face, then steam, then use professional grade tools to extract black heads which are only on my nose and where I have large pour issues. Then I use Micellar water to clean up my nose, and toner balances pH, hydrates, and preps skin for serums. Then I apply my serums. I do this in the morning with morning serums, and I mix my sunscreen with a day cream and wash, then steam again at night with my night time serums and after that is soaked into my skin I apply my night cream and eye cream. The most important factor is to discover what skin type you have and I highly recommend you see a Dermatologist any time you notice changes in your skin because it can be quite confusing and there is nothing worse than wasting money on face care products that are not right for your skin or any issues you have. So please don't rush out to buy someone else's favorite skin care products. They may work for them but not work for you or worse could cause irritations if they are for the wrong skin type. Also keep in mind every decade of our lives our skin is changing not to mention every season. When I was a teen and in my twenties my focus was on oily t-zone ( forehead, nose and chin) and normal for the rest of my face. For the most part my acne issues were there monstrous monthly menstrual pimple or two. In my 30's the freckles I had across my nose and cheeks disappeared and I started developing rosacea ( red flush veins ) on my cheeks and around my nostrils and incredibly sensitive to fragrance in products, especially "rose sent" even if natural, and alcohol based toners began to sting. I still had the t-zone issues. By 40, my skin started to get dryer so I needed to use a light moisturizer and the rosacea was now showing up on my chin. In my 50's I have had small patches of eczema that needed to be treated mostly in winter but I get it on my fingers if I use a lot of cleaning products without gloves, still need to treat the rosacea and I have much dryer skin so use totally different products. So you see, our skin is always changing and different parts of our skin need different skin care treatments, not just on our faces but from scalp to toes and every where in between! I hope by sharing my skin journey it helps you on yours!
