Recommended by GP doctor while I have redness and itchy skin during the hay fever attached. it helps to keep the dry skin moisture but doesn't irritate the skin. it can be use as cream or soap, yet I am not sure if it could clean as much as a actual soap... Good cream for emergency skin situation
