I installed in my front door easy instructions.Working good except for the batteries they don’t last long enough.

The look is awesome. Three options to open: key, fingerprint, or code. Only thing strange was the interior battery box/inside lock is black plastic while everything else is brushed stainless. Not a big deal but a better look for that box would be nice

I really like this keypad on my front door. The keypad uses fingerprint reader and is easy to program and easy to use. No problems so far. I'm very satisfied with this product. I did have a handyman install it along with a dozen other hinge and doorknob updates in a new townhome I bought. He said I'd have to program it myself, and it was easy and no problem to set up.

I love it, it’s convenient, the only thing is, it keeps getting loose so we have to tighten it every couple weeks.

After my complain with Amazon, Zowill customer service has contacted me by email and sent to me a new fingerprint part of the locker. Actually I haven’t had the opportunity to try it on because it takes time to mount and set up. Thanks Zowill. My agreement was that if the new fingerprint part works, I’ll change it and send back the old one. That’s will be done as soon as I come back from a trip on April 20. 2023.The instructions booklet is totally primary, if you are not good on it you probably won’t get it working. You pay more for the fingerprint model, but don’t count on it, fingerprint mostly doesn’t work and you won’t find any instruction for troubleshooting. Company’s website is hard to find, there are many with the same name, when you finally reach the right website you discover that the link for Contact doesn’t work. So you can’t reach the company to get any help. For sure the fingerprint access won’t work and you will give up of it. If you’re persistent you will have to get help from the seller Amazon.

It is alright for the value. I can't get it to work properly because it has to be a very smooth alignment and my installer sucks

I love the key pad and the finger reader best one i have bough, locks every 30 seconds i love that i feel safe durable ! worth the money and also good budget !$

I'm annoyed at myself that I wasn't more careful when ordering. I specifically filtered for locks that could be controlled with Alexa and this item appeared. I assumed it was Alexa-enabled and didn't realize it wasn't until after I spent the better part of the day installing it. Even when writing this review Amazon asks to rate its Alexa compatability. I replaced a high-end deadbolt-knob that used a key with this set. Comparing the two, this doesn't have the same level of quality and it was fiddly to install. But it's fine. I just wish I'd read the description more carefully.
