These PASS the test!!
I've been GF for 7 years, and have followed low-carb and keto for about 4 years (with a break or two here and there for both adjustment and sanity). Finding GF products, or baking from scratch, is relatively easy these days, but finding KETO mixes that taste good is a definite struggle. And baking keto from scratch tends to always yield mostly disappointing results in terms of texture and flavor. Sure, I've made a few decent recipes over the years, but most of the time, they still miss 'something'. I'd tried the High Key chocolate chip cookies recently, and was pleasantly surprised at how well they mimic Chips Ahoy minis, so I figured I'd take a risk and try these blueberry muffins! Well, they came out of the oven about an hour ago, and I couldn't wait much longer to try as they SMELLED HEAVENLY! You know THAT blueberry smell... yeah... THAT one... these filled the house with such a beautiful smell that even my husband said "What are you baking" hinting he wanted whatever it was. He's not a keto fan but I'm pretty sure even these would impress him in a blind test. So that said, I was praying the taste of these would level up to the smell and they sureeeee did! They are AWESOME! I'm so excited to have finally found a commercial KETO and GF product that ticks every box: super easy to make, bake quickly, fluffed up like a regular muffin, super awesome texture (first 'fluffy' rather than dense keto product I've made) and they taste amazing. I'm always worried about keto products being either too eggy or overly sweet but that's not an issue here. I DID sub unsalted butter for the coconut oil, cause let's face it, baked goods just taste better with butter, and since it's perfectly keto, there's no macro issue. I do think the butter likely helped in their 'lift' and fluffiness, as coconut oil generally tends to bake heavier and more dense, which could explain why some other reviewers aren't as happy with their results. So use butter - you can't go wrong. And I made mini-muffins - got exactly 24 perfect little muffins, which at 70 calories a pop, and just 0.5g net carbs, makes me dance! I will ABSOLUTELY be buying these again along with trying their other products. I am SOOOOOO happy these weren't a waste of money! No, they're not cheap, but I also know that making keto products from scratch isn't cheap either, and I've thrown out A LOT of keto food that has tasted crappy! These are the BEST so far!

Another yummy but lol
Ok. My issue with this is not the product, so it still has 5 stars. But I wish this was like those cups that you add water and microwave. You actually still have to cook this. =( Lol Ok. Copy and paste portion: First keto friendly food that tasted good for me. I tried some cauliflower junk that almost made me gag. And some keto friendly Atkins bars which were equally disgusting; I like the regular Atkins, just not their keto friendly products. And then I came to this was expecting it to be nasty. Needless to say, after my first bag of cookies, I went back and ordered 2 other flavors, some cereal, some pancake and blueberry mix, and some strawberry granola mix lol. I’m going to just copy and paste this on the other products I purchased. This is a good tasting brand. To the point that I had to question if it was really keto friendly lol. Because it tastes just as good as a regular non-keto product. So you get the great flavor with the healthier choice for your diet or eating lifestyle. I definitely recommend this brand. Not just the product, the brand. I haven’t tried everything. But what I’ve tried has me trusting this brand for all or most of my keto snack eating.

Great on the fiber, good taste
If you make these as the package directs then they have a high amount of saturated fat. They tasted fine with the way that we made them, and I do like that they have so much fiber in them. They are also made with good ingredients, but due to the original nutritional value on the package I don't think I will buy these again. However I realize since we made them differently, our nutritional value wasn't as great in the saturated fat area. I do think these are a bit overpriced, and any person who is willing could make healthy blueberry muffins from scratch cheaper. I am big on health and do not believe in Keto, or that it is healthy and anyway. So I'm not sure how these muffins would be a good choice for anyone losing weight. We used flaxseed egg instead of the eggs and applesauce instead of the oil. These still came out good and I did enjoy a few as they were not as fatty as they would have been had I followed the recipe. But that is just personal preference.

Yum
I didn’t know what to expect from this product, however I was very pleasantly surprised. I used coconut oil to coat the muffin pan and I also didn’t have any almond milk so I just used plain old 2% milk - I figured that 1 tablespoon split between 12 muffins wouldn’t make too much of a nutritional difference. The mix was a little thicker than expected and I flattened it into the muffin pan a little with a fork. I also ended up baking about one minute extra. The end result made a beautiful muffin. They had a coconut flavor from the oil but I love coconut so that was fine. The blueberry flavor was great as well. I have been on keto for quite a while and this is the first good baked keto item that I have had - including my attempts at homemade from scratch.

Changed the recipe ingredients to normal traditional items, taste is great!
These surprised me. I was expecting no blueberry flavor and fake "blueberry" bits. The blueberries are plentiful and real, and the blueberry flavor is strong and genuine. I con't consume any almond milkm so I used half and half. I don't use coconut oil, so I replaced it with canola. They probably created the recipe with large eggs, but I only buy jumbo eggs, and so that's what I used. I don't make 12 count tiny muffins, so I used my normal 6 muffin cup pan (Understanding that the carb count would be around double for each...no big deal). I cooked them a few minutes longer than called for and when they came out, I split the tops and added a tablespoon-sized pat of butter to each to melt in. Other than a bit of an odd texture (typical in LC bread/cake/muffin products, not off-putting), these are pretty close to a normal blueberry muffin. I was impresses, and immediately reordered. Give them a try with traditional ingredients and you're likely to be impressed as well.
