Lovely dress did the job

I was expecting this dress to be quite thin and not a great quality but I was pleasantly surprised. Comes up slightly longer than expected, to just below the knee. The headband is disappointing though. Come completely flat, no filling and would be difficult to reshape. It's doesn't feel like it's attached to the actual band properly either so don't feel it would last the evening. The actual dress is good though.

Loved the dress ,although i ordered a M and quickly returned and got a L. I didnt want it too clingy to my curves.lovely bright colours, great material and fitted well. If you curvy like me order next size up. Lots of compliments on the dress.didnt wear headband but used the bag as an accessory and stuffed it with tissue and put a bear mat inside to keep the cube shape. Value for money, and definately a Fab fancy dress costume.

I bought this based on the good reviews and I am chuffed I did. The dress fitted really well and very flattering. I cannot stand anything tight around my neck, so I cut down the front to create a V neck. I also padded out the hat with bubble wrap and sewed it on more securely. I received so many positive comments at a recent 80’s party. Definitely recommended

Admittedly, I am 7 months pregnant. So this outfit was bought for an 80s party with the hope of it being stretchy and light. Which it is. But it is in no way flattering! The hat and bag are laughable quality and are very flimsy. The hat also arrived covered in dust?!!! As it’s for a fancy dress party, I don’t really mind how horrendous I look in it but I wouldn’t wear it if I was trying in any way to look attractive! No stars for the state it arrived in either. Very poor.

SUCH A LOVELY FANCY DRESS COSTUME AND QUITE DIFFERENT TOO. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, THE DRESS FITTED PERFECTLY AND WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LITTLE HANDBAG AND HAT COME FLAT PACKED, SO IT IS BEST TO FOLD THEM OUT A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE USE. THE HANDBAG IS NOT MASSIVE BUT WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR MY MOBILE PHONE AND A COUPLE OF OTHER SMALL PIECES. I LOVED THIS OUTFIT AND HAVE PUT IT AWAY FOR USE FOR ANOTHER TIME

Wasn’t sure what to expect due to varied reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with my purchase. It was something a bit different for an 80s themed event - the dress fitted great - I’m a size 12 and ordered the medium - the cube on the headband was a flat so I cut a hole in the seam and stuffed it with some wadding to keep it in shape - I also put a few stitches to hold it firmer to the headband as the wadding added a bit of extra weight, there was also a little bag but I didn’t use that, I added some colourful brackets and earrings - overall quick delivery, fair item for the price and did the job…

Very good quality dress. The hat and bag are a bit floppy but good. Dress washes well, I have worn it to several different parties. Comments from other people very good

Acheté pour une soirée années 80’s. Je n’ai eu que des compliments sur ma tenue. Classe et rigolote en même temps, et dans le thème. Trop contente de mon achat ! Dommage que je n’ai pas pu acheter les boucles d’oreilles assorties : je m’y suis pris à la dernière minute. J’ai acheté taille S, je fais habituellement du 36. C’était très bien : la robe était bien cintrée mais pas trop moulante. Au top 👌

This was awesome, looked really cute and could actually wear out in public before I got too big. Given to a friend who it actually fits perfectly. True to size, not see through.
