I have been using this massager with ginger oil I am also purchasing through Amazon. I use it for my stomach area, my legs and my back. It easily reaches the back of your legs, your lower back, and can be used on your stomach. By adding ginger massage oil it helps reduce inflammation and also increases lymphatic drainage. Downside is that at times I have some bruising on my legs, it is made out of wood so I guess that’s reasonable.

I like it because you can massage your back well. Downside is that it could be made a couple of inches longer for bigger people.

I liked the idea of natural wood instead of plastic but the round pieces aren't completely smooth. It scratches bare skin and can snag on delicate fabric. I ended up buying the plastic after all, which was discouraging.
