Product material on description is Brass but it's totally plastic & also tools were mentioned inside the box but no tools given to fix it. Very fragile product if you slightly give more power to tight it, it may break into pieces..... do not buy this.....

Works great!
This has much better water flow than my previous faucet attachment. My sink is so much easier to keep clean. My son loves using it to brush his teeth and fill up his water cup. I love that it makes washing your face at the sink so easy. You could easily use this to rinse your eye out in an emergency. It came with a little Allen wrench to tighten the set screws so it's not wobbly and loose. I tightened it snug (not too tight) to the faucet with channel locks and no leaks. I can't speak to the longevity but I hope it lasts!

I love these. I ended up buying two and putting one in the bathroom and one in my kitchen. They are super easy to install and you can't beat the price.

VERY USEFUL AND FLEXIBLE
I bought this for my RV kitchen sink . The faucet neck does not reach well. I had used a smaller swivel sprayer and it was spraying outside of the sink when i used it. This is a great tool and directs the water exaclty where I want it to rinse out the sink . It does exactly what is shown.

Not worth the time or money.
When installed correctly it leaked from the faucet connection and well as both the swivel joints. Very poorly manufactured. Don't waste your time buy something else.
