Compré estas llaves para renovar el lavamanos del baño y quedé muy satisfecho con la calidad. El diseño es moderno y minimalista, lo que le dio un toque elegante al espacio. El acabado (en mi caso, negro mate) es muy bonito y no se mancha fácilmente con el agua o las huellas.

I was tired of the grime around my bathroom sink faucet, this was a great solve. This one in particular is easy to clean and doesn’t seem to show water spots like some of my other black hardware. Would be cautious of where you place your sink as the water comes out farther than a normal faucet so your sink placement may need to be considered for excess water splashing. The matching soap dispenser was a great add on.

I'm a DIYer, so I'm sure the installation would have been easier for a pro. I will definitely not try to tell you it went smoothly or quickly the first time around. Had several questions about potential mistakes I was making and I saw their email posted in the threads. I honestly didn't expect to get much help, but I'll say the best part of this product was the quick response I got from "[email protected]". They went as far as to send me a video of how to make the adjustment I asked about. Outside of the great looking faucet their support was definitely another reason I gave this five stars. I wish that the instructions were written with more detail for people like myself who are trying to do installs on our own, but after watching a number of videos online and getting a bit of help from the company I got it installed and it looks great!

The worst, I can’t stop the water to stop leaking.

Installed 2 of these for my master bath remodel… 1 of them had a faulty cartridge. After reaching out to them (I was very concerned due to the fact it isn’t a big name manufacturer) - the responded in just a few hours with a custom video showing me how to take the faucet apart and reassemble. Ultimately this didn’t fix the issue, so they shipped out replacement parts immediately. A day after I received the part (which fixed the problem) they reached out to me to make sure everything was ok! Phenomenal support!!! The faucet itself is very nice and well packaged! Can’t wait to use it! Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Loved the color and design. Unfortunately I can't find a way to have all levers completely horizontal. If I place the handle in horizontal position water will start to drip
