Great wire at a great price
I love this wire. The outer jacket is a little thinner than some higher end premium wire but I have never had a problem with that. I use this brand all the time. It pulls out of the box nicely too.

Defective insulation on green wire
I purchased 1,000 feet of the 14/4 high flex for my home audio speaker wiring project. When I ran out of the high flex I went to reorder and found it was not available for some reason, so I ordered 500 more feet of midflex. The rough installation of both cable types in my open walls and ceiling seemed to go fine, but during this stage I did not remove the outer white jacket. However, when I went to strip the cables for final termination I was shocked to find that when I bent the green wire of the high flex cable even slightly, the insulation immediately split along the length of the wire. (See photo) The first time this happened I thought I had accidentally nicked it with my wire strippers, but after I cut off the bad portion and attempted again to terminate, I noticed the same fracturing of the insulation. I subsequently tried bending the green wire at each speaker I was installing, and the insulation fractured 100% of the time. I was not able to detect fracturing on the other conductors. This wire could not possibly have passed quality control. My guess is that Fast Cat pulled the high flex from distribution after discovering this issue, but didn't notify purchasers. It is way too late now for me to replace the wiring, which has since been sealed up in the walls and ceiling. The only saving grace for my situation is that the green and white conductors were intended merely as backups should I find an issue with red/black. Hopefully I won't. Also, even though the green insulation may have failed inside the jacket somewhere, in theory the intact red, black, and white insulation will prevent any shorts. Nevertheless, I will be sticking with Monoprice cable going forward.

Stereo wire
Nice wire. Highly recommend. Each wire was color coded black and red; so no way to mess it up and it looks professional. Don't cheap out and get good connectors. I thought id never do this again and was wrong. Spec on this wire is outstanding; specially for the price pnt. The only decision is 12 or 14 Ga. Above 150 watts per channel go 12 perhaps

Remind me to update once speakers are installed
Excellent value for money, used way less than expected and hoping for great sound quality

Quality Cable!
Bought this to wire my 1st floor for speakers. With all the hype about actual gauge size and pure copper vs. copper-clad aluminum, I was a little worried about what I was going to get at this reasonable cost. But this product is great! Solid copper and at an advertised 16 gauge, this wire was noticeably thicker than some 14 gauge "pro audio" wire already in the house. The outer sheathing is tough and pulled easily through some pretty tight and rough spaces in this old house. Quality product at a great price!

Nice product, great price!
This is a good quality speaker wire. My only complaint is that stripping the inner wires is a bit tricky, given the nature of the insulation. But for the price, it is perfect and easy to over look that shortcoming.

Great value, solid quality
I have no complaints about this wire. It is exactly as described. The outer jacket is durable for pulling through walls, yet easy to spilt at the ends to make connections. Inner jackets are of expected quality, and are durable but again easy to strip for connections. If you need speaker wire, give these FastCat a try, I'm in no way disappointed.

Poor Quality
Fast Cat. 14/4 105 Stranded Speaker WireHave to say I was so disappointed with this cable. The wire casing is terible to work with and takes a lot of time as it damages easily. Also on many occations the wire was bare as seen in the pic.No my concern is I may have to run the cables again.

Exactly as described
I used this when adding 2 speakers in my garage. The receiver was 100' away. It was easy to install, and it was nice to have the no tangle pull-out box. The outer insulation was slightly thinner than a previous 14 gauge wire I used, but this was also 1/2 the price.
