Exactly what it looks like leg shackles. Peerless has been in the game a long time and I trust their brand. These shackles work and feel like what you would expect from peerless. Do they feature fancy finger operated double locks, no. Do they work and do I Need to worry about them yes and no.

My husband was needing some shackles for work, so he thought that he would give these a try. He is in law enforcement, so he uses these shackles at work. These are very sturdy and well made. They stay closed and they are impossible to take off without using the key. The metal is quite strong and is does not bend. He is very happy with these shackles. He has only been using these shackles for a short period of time, so if they do not last well in the long run, I will update my review accordingly.

Outside of police use, these are great for quickly locking items like Bikes, kayaks while out in day use.
