You can get quite a big resistance, particularly if you use more than one band together, so more than useful for people wanted to not only keep fit, but also build muscle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent quality *by G***. on 28 February 2026* Decent gym quality work well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great piece of kit, well made, zero tears out of the box or after month of heavy use. *by R***7 on 9 April 2021* I found that during locked down that this particular piece of fitness equipment has been extremely useful not only to help my fiancΓ© who is currently going through rehab and has to do leg stretch exercises daily but also myself who are doing more bodyweight exercises in the garden. This is extremely useful when trying to do things like pull-ups and you're trying to push yourself to those extra few reps you can easily pass this over the bar pass it through itself and put it under 1 foot and then that will allow you to get a few more reps wit that little bit of assistance. Straight to the box it was really well made there were no tears in the rubber which is something I've had in the past from other suppliers. The stretch seems appropriate for the weight that was assigned to it by the website although I haven't actually attached a scale to it so I couldn't tell you if this is exactly the resistance but it's appropriate for our needs.
