Buy it!!!
Seriously the best thing for a diaper rash that won’t go away any other way!! If we gotten a real bad diaper rash due to teething, this is my go to! The rash is gone within a day or so if applied at every change. Miracle product!

It works on any skin irritation! Love it!
This great salve for almost any irritation of the skin. Acne, sunburn, cat scratches, skin irritation, bug bites and more. Used to have a strong smell but not as bad now! Worth it for the relief it gives. Also funny color but soaks in and makes skin feel great! Used it when I was a teenager like 60 years ago! Tube or jar both work! Glad it is still available!

Best cream I've tried in awhile!
I've had this "spot" on my knee for some time now... well over a year, and no matter what I tried, it just would not go away. It was dry and flaky, and sometimes painful. I even used a callous stone on it to get rid of the excess skin build up which just turned it into a wound! I have a prescription strength steroidal cream that gets rid of most rashes, but this "thing" on my knee started to grow in diameter and I was like, ugh... HOW do I get rid of this? So, I started thinking maybe I needed a fungal cream or maybe an antibiotic topical... I was willing to try whatever... while searching for a fungal cream, I came across this cream and decided to give it a try as I initially thought I was buying a fungal cream. When I received it in the mail, I thought... oh boy, bought the wrong thing... because I'd bought the neosporin as well. Anyways, long story short is, I decided to try it out and after one application... ONE, I could see a noticeable difference. Well, after dealing with this issue for so long? I thought my lying eyes were deceiving me! But, no. Two weeks later and it's almost gone. I've had this issue for so long, whatever type of affliction it is, it was/is significant and, I want to make sure it's entirely gone. So, even though the area looks healed? I'm still applying it every night and I have to say you can barely tell now that there was anything there at all. I'm super impressed with my accidental purchase and I have not had to use the neosporin at all. I do take a little sugar scrub to it when I shower, but not every day... but, I had done that before the cream with no effect at all... so, now I just use the scrub to be sure the area is deep cleaned before applying the cream for maximum absorption. Bottom line? I am thinking of buying a second tube just to have on hand, even though a little really goes a long way, I'm using about half a pea size to treat the area, if that. I really do not want to run out of this cream or worse, be unable to find it/purchase it when the time does come to get a new tube. If you’re fighting some kind rash? I highly recommend giving this a go. While I cannot claim it is the be all, cure all? It really did help me when nothing else was.

10/10 product
Works great on diaper rashes. AND EXCEMA!!My son has excema really bad. He gets a monthly shot of dupixent. Roughly $4,000 a month per shot. Resinol oddly enough helps out extremely with his breakouts. Where the dupixent shot seems to only help out temporarily. Very expensive for hopes and prayers.
