Good set but not that difficult to use.
Good quality bands so far. Only 4 stars because extra-heavy is the only band I use for my legs etc. The others are not that tight but might be ok for arms etc.

Very cost-effective product
I am quite satisfied with these mini resistance loop bands, which are very helpful in daily exercises. Very quick delivery with a nice package. I'd rather recommend it!

Not super impressed for what I wanted to use them for
First of all I don't think these are completely useless and I have very little experience with resistance bands, I'm more of a "the world is your gym, no equipment needed, no money spent" kind of exerciser. I like to walk my dog, do yoga, tai chi, body weight exercises, dance aerobics and walking cardio videos on YouTube or just good old fashioned hard labour. However my first experience with these was not great. I got them because my Chiropractor recommended I strengthen my glutes and thighs to help with the tightness of my hip flexors and glutes, it's always been a weakness of mine and these were pretty cheap, plus I figured they would be great for stretching. He wanted me to step into the loop and put it a few inches above my knees and do squats with my legs hip width apart, he got me to do it with a resistance loop he had in his office to teach me how. When my loops came I grabbed the second from lightest one and found that they where much thinner and smaller than the loops I tried at his office, the quality definitely wasn't the same and they just kind of rolled up and dug into my thighs immediately which is uncomfortable, now I have thick thighs but honestly pretty average I'd say. As I tried to adjust it to make it more comfortable it snapped and broke about 45 seconds in! That really doesn't give me confidence when using these bands. I do find that the medium loops and higher are obviously much stronger and don't roll up as much as the lighter ones but the problem is that they are still the same length so a bit tight and honestly a little bit too much resistance for me to start off with but I think I can make them work. I would recommend that you only buy the set of 3 medium-heavy loops don't waist your money on the light ones they are pretty useless and just know these measure 12" across lying flat so they are 24" in circumference that may be smaller than your expecting, I didn't think to look at the actual measurements when buying them. Hopefully my rambling helps you make a more informed choice, too much info is always better than too little right? Lol!
