Millennia Color Handle Cutlery 3" Slim Paring Knife Blue

Fab little knife. Purchased originally for my daughter to use for jointing poultry (great for small incisions and removing breast meat). When I managed to break the original, I had no hesitation in ordering a second one. Love a good sharp knife and find blunt ones far more dangerous (this applies to my kids using them too).

I am so pleased with this little knife, I have to say it is one of the best knifes I have purchased and was very good value. Ideal for peeling and cutting fruit and veg, you just need to be careful of your fingers as it is very sharp!

I have this a year, bought it on Amazon. It goes in and out of the dishwasher and is lasting well. Great for peeling fruit. Handy and sharp with a great hold.

This knife is very sharp and the perfect size for peeling potatoes and other veg.

My Wife prefers to use a small knife, and I've tried to replace the old favourite one, with little success, She ruined the last one, cutting lemons to clean the Microwave. ??? Tried this, and it falls to hand so comfortably. Just a tad larger than the old favourite, (handle size.) but pretty sure it will become the new favourite. Happy to recommend it.

The utility knife is as sharp and attractive (mauve handle) as the chef’s knives.

Easy to use, very sharp, and cleans up easy in the dishwasher with no stains or rust after several months. The handle is easy to hold and the knife is very light weight which makes it easy to adjust your cuts. It feels "nimble" when wielding. About the only improvement I would like is a slightly heavier handle to tone some of the nimbleness down and give it slightly better balance. Overall though, an excellent knife that I'm enjoying in the kitchen.

This is my third Mercer Culinary knife in this series. My Mercer knives are comfortable to use, sharp, and highly rated by culinary pros. It feels good in hand and I use this paring knife daily.
