Worth It
These plates are very versatile and they do a great job developing and strengthen ankles, feet, and balance. I have used them daily since I bought them (every time I brush my teeth for an added challenge and to help cement the use of them in my daily routine). As an avid trail runner I feel these have helped me avoid any feet or ankle issues as I'm almost to 2,000 miles ran or rucked on the year. I love the multiple base options to choose from and the progression aspect they provide.

Portable and useful
I had a bad ankle sprain a couple months ago and this product is a great way to work on stabilizing exercises while traveling!

Needs a poster vs. booklet
The product is lovely and helps you build strength and support for various areas of your feet and ankles. My issue: it comes with a booklet and not a poster. I'm constantly flipping pages to see what is next and I don't workout near a counter to place it on. I wanted a poster on my home gym wall. I'm a graphic designer and I was going to make one. Then I thought maybe they sold one I could buy for like $5-$7. Well, they sell one. For $17.99 you can buy a poster with all the variations of the squares to go with your $19.99 product. That's terrible, CELAFORME.

Surprisingly Works
Took a big fall when lead climbing, and ended up slightly rolling my ankle. No swelling, but a bit of pain.Figured I'd give these a shot, as they'd arrive the next day, but I didn't expect much.I am thoroughly impressed. While simple, they really do activate a wide range of muscles, and help provide relief. I did not notice a big difference between the different platforms, as their instructions mentioned.Overall really happy with this product.

A budget friendly option for a Black Board (with some caveats)
It does some of the same basic exercises as the blackboard, but it’s a little bit trickier to use. The separate pieces slide a little on the hardwood floor, so it’s hard to keep the front and back parts of your foot aligned. I wound up buying a Blackboard to address over pronation of my foot as I needed to use the front and back portions in an offset position. If you’re just using this for basic balance in the center position it may work for you.

Portable
This is good for traveling. I can take this with me in my bag and work my feet anywhere when they are sore. I think this is worth it. It’s great for balance and mobility. They give you ideas on how to use it. It’s not flimsy.

Easy and effective
At first I thought it was too easy to stand on them, and that it wouldn't help much. But after balancing on the easiest first two settongs for only 10 breaths, I could feel that I had worked muscles that I don't usually use.The manual that comes with them is very informative and detailed, but also brief and accessible. I anticipate great increases in strength, balance, and agility from short daily sessions.

Does nothing for balance
These little plastic plates are basically useless. Do not provide any benefits or effective balance training. Tried every “exercise” described in the manual, and even the most “difficult” ones offer no challenge. Cannot imagine anyone finding value from these cheap plastic discs.
