They sent the massageable ones, but it was the same price so we kept them. I tried to put one together, it took me 2 1/2 hrs. My husband put the other one together in 1/2 hr. LOL The massage seems to work OK, but we will not be using that feature. Too many wires hanging out on floor, I would probably trip over them. Also, my cat would enjoy chewing on them. You also need to be sure there is an outlet where you put the chair for that feature. We were able to tuck the wires back in the hole and what was left hanging, we taped to the bottom of the chair, again so cat won't chew. Now I have pockets to hold my remotes. The “massage” feature is more like vibrations. Quality of build is good. Seems sturdy. Is comfortable but may be a little small for bigger framed individuals. Value for the money is excellent! Was impressively packed! Easy to assemble. I would give it another star but for the possible issue with size. It also doesn’t feel like it fits well around the shoulders and neck. I have to lay my head sideways and I am just average in height.
