I’ve used Bare Minerals/Escentuals for over 20 years. Safe, natural ‘ excellent coverage, large variety of colors for all skin tones . I prefer to apply this foundation with a brush instead of the tiny foam cosmetic sponge. Sponge application is too thick. Use a brush. You can always re-apply for more coverage. And you’ll have better control of the amount . The sponge picks up way too much product . Also, this company has the best brushes. I still have some over 20 years old and in perfect shape.

The product got here in pristine conditions.I once ordered this compact foundation from Sephora and it arrived all crushed and broken.I would have expected a little more care in the packaging from them.But what I’ve experienced and hear from other friends of mine is that this compact breaks really easily, even inside the package in which it comes.So it’s like a wild guess to order it online.But over all,I’m really satisfied with the purchase of this product.

I have used bare minerals for about 20 years but had always used the loose powder foundation, this compact is a game changer. It has buildable coverage so that you can use a light dusting or have full coverage. I never feel like I’m wearing makeup. Another great thing is that it is not nearly as messy as the loose powder but full disclosure, I do not use the sponge applicator that is included in the compact. I find it works better using a foundation brush. I barely tap the brush on the pressed powder and then dab over my face and blend out with the brush. Fantastic product, I hope they continue to make this forever.

This goes on easily, is long lasting, and looks natural. I do think it emphasizes my wrinkles, and of course the price is a downside.

Goes on so easy, no issues with pilling or filling in pores. Medium coverage. Wasn’t broken upon arrival which was a relief. So thank you to whoever packaged and handled it with care! Color was a great match for me. When I opened it (I purchased Fair Warm 10) I was a little worried because it looked pink, but I need a yellow undertone. It actually was more yellow on the skin, so not sure how that works, but it was great! It lasts most of the day, I notice a bit more of a shine towards the end of the day, but I’m not too oily so it’s fine for me.
