Good and very effective product.

The jar had a little bit of residue at the bottom of the jar and that’s about it.Either storage or plainly not being ethical is causing issues, either way, you’re better off buying elsewhere.

I am skeptical this is a pure product. The final third does not dissolve in water. The packaging said they do 3rd party testing, but when I reached out to the maker for lab analysis via email and whatsapp they did not respond positively. Buy elsewhere. As an Indian, sadly you get higher quality shilajit from Russians.

Strange taste

Will see over time if the product works, but will NOT be ordering it again.The tiny glass was only 1/3 filled. Not sure if thats normal or not, either way, I felt I didnt get what I paid for.Messaged the supplier to ask about it, however they didn't bother to answer.

It arrived all sticky and spilled only half full.

About two weeks in I have noticed that I am not as hungry. It might not be known effect, but it sure helps me. I eat around 9am, take recommend doze after food. I'm full and take a second after lunch around 3pm. followed by light last meal of the day usually around 6pm. Yet manage to loose weightFirst impressions.Not bad, but this product is for those with inquired tastes.
