This ceremonial grade matcha is fantastic. The quality of matcha that you get for the price is unbeatable. I was sceptical about it before opening it since the price is low considering its ceremonial grade matcha. Usually if you want to buy a real ceremonial grade matcha you would have to spend around £20 for 30g and this one is around £22 for 100g I managed to get it for around £17 for 100g since it was on offer. As someone who has been in the matcha world for a while now, I can firmly say that this is true ceremonial grade matcha for a great price. Some key points to mention that confirm that this is real certified ceremonial grade are:1. Sourced from Japan not China.2. Very vibrant bright green colour. 3. High quality matcha flavour which is umami, creamy, grassy, lightly floral, smooth, lightly sweet, fresh, not grainy nor bitter. 4. Texture is ultra fine and silky. 5. I was able to get a microfoam with it when whisked. 6. Tastes great as a usucha. I recommend grabbing a few while at this price 🍵💚✅🍃🇯🇵

I have recently decided to cut off coffee and switched to having matcha tea for my health. As coffee is only a quick caffeine fix and then you need more and more when it wears off. I use to drink 4/5 coffees a day and now I only have one cup of Matcha in the morning. Matcha gives you more calming steady energy. I absolutely love this matcha. It comes in a foil pouch inside the tin. I keep it in the foil to keep it fresh, I don't pour it out of the foil pouch into the tin. The colour is a lovely green, and the quality is top. I have it as a creamy latte. I first boil the kettle and use a teaspoon of matcha powder and put it in my mug. Then once the kettle is boiled I wait one minute in order to not burn the tea. In the meantime I warm up my oat milk. I add a tiny splash of cold water into my matcha so it's does not burn, then I add the water from the kettle into my mug and whisk with an electric whisk. The texture is perfect , it does not have any bumpy bits after I whisk. I don't faff around with bamboo whisk or bowls, I just simply whisk from my mug and it blends it perfectly. I don't have time for bamboo or bowls. When the milk is warm I whisk that up then pour it into my matcha mug. It turns out perfectly creamy and extremely tasty! If you want more of the matcha flavor instead of creamy then change the ratio of water to milk. Although it might seem small its very concentrated so you don't need heaps of it in order to have that perfect flavor. I will definitely one hundred percent be buying more of this brand. Its so tasty.

Drinking to help lower cholesterol and boost metabolism. Nice enough to have on subscription and good value. The taste is mild but it doesn’t fully dissolve so I keep a spoon in my mug to stir it before sipping. Couldn’t see the instructions on the packet so Google said to use 1/2 tsp. in 80°c water. I thought I needed to cool the water from the kettle first but have since found my kettle water comes out between around 65°-84° anyway - I thought my thermometer was faulty but apparently this is normal and only the water that is close to the element in the kettle reaches boiling point. So I pour straight from the kettle without worrying about destroying any nutrients in the matcha.

It whisks into a beautiful, thick microfoam. The flavour is sophisticated and smooth with a rich depth and a natural, lingering sweetness that doesn't need any sugar. It blends effortlessly into both water and milk (I love it with oat milk when making a matcha latte ) It provides a very calm, focused energy boost without any crashes, just switched from coffee to Matcha ( a month on now) It feels like a true luxury ritual every morning. Very pleased 🙏

Pretty good but could be a little stronger in taste. So it’s best for beginners. Makes me feel awake but like I’m in a dream. It’s smooth, pretty umami and slightly astringent vegetal aftertaste. Not too bitter either I use 3-4g of this in a latte but I’m going to try it in usucha

Does the job of making an average matcha for the price. The ceremonial grade by this brand has a more vibrant colour and brighter taste. This one has a more bitter edge to it. Probably best for baked goods, but if you like enjoying/savouring the taste of matcha in a drink, go for the ceremonial grade line for this brand

Lovely Matcha, I like an iced matcha with vanilla 😋 this power blends Lovely into a smooth paste and then add a dash of vanilla and semi skimmed milk with load of ice. Perfect will definitely order again. The quality is great. Colour and strength woth just one tea spoon is good and the size of the package is valve for money.

Ce matcha est vraiment délicieux ! Sa belle couleur verte intense montre sa bonne qualité. Le goût est raffiné, doux et pas trop amer, très agréable à boire. Je l’utilise pour préparer des cappuccinos et le résultat est excellent – il apporte une touche fine et spéciale. Je l’apprécie beaucoup et je le recommande vivement !

Très bonne qualité pour le prix. Je bois du matcha tous les matins et le rapport prix qualité est donc important.Qualité bien supérieure que le premium grade de la même marque que j’achetais avant. Celui ci est plus doux et fruité. Sa couleur plus verte montre également une meilleure qualité.

Me encanta el té verde matcha y he probado varios tipos, así que cuando vi este producto me animé a comprarlo. Quiero compartir mi opinión sobre este té, enfocándome en el sabor, la calidad y el precio. Estos son algunos de los puntos positivos y negativos que he encontrado: Ventajas: ✔️ Sabor intenso: Este té tiene un sabor muy intenso y característico, que me recuerda al de las espinacas o las algas. Me gusta mucho porque se nota que es natural y puro, sin azúcares ni aditivos. Desde mi punto de vista, o te encanta o te disgusta. ✔️ Calidad orgánica: Otro aspecto que me gusta de este té es que es orgánico y certificado, lo que garantiza que no contiene pesticidas ni metales pesados. Además, proviene de Japón, el país de origen del matcha, lo que le da un plus de autenticidad. Negativos: ❌ Precio elevado: El único inconveniente que le veo a este té es que es bastante caro para la cantidad que trae. El envase es de 100 gramos y cuesta casi 20 euros, lo que me parece excesivo. Hay otros tés matcha de calidad similar que son más económicos. En conclusión, recomiendo este té si buscas un matcha de alta calidad y sabor intenso, y no te importa pagar un poco más. Sin embargo, si quieres ahorrar dinero, quizás puedas encontrar otras opciones más baratas.

This is one of the finest matcha powders out there. It tastes better than the matcha powders which are twice the price of this product. It has that sweet and creamy taste and earthy notes which a matcha lover would absolutely enjoy. It gave my drink a beautiful green color. I would definitely recommend this.
