**Q: My order contain mould at the bottom and amazon stopped my review where do I go next**

**Q: Bought this on offer but the nut sizes are huge - look almost like regular kibble thats been left in water - big and airy - is that normal?**
A: The nuts are big and crunchy but also include smaller bites, my Labrador and smaller dogs love to munch on them. They are very popular with my dogs.
**Q: Item not received although it says it was handed to recipient which it wasn’t! How can I contact?**
A: I'd use a Hammer and use on whole PC untill it turns up, Please keep the Pics.
**Q: can anyone say what the meat and animal derivatives flavours are fish oils and as my german shepherd is allergic to chicken, pork, beef and salmon.**
A: I had my German shepherd on this but she had skin allergies (typical of the breed) so I swapped to a grain free dog food and found that much better. Hope this helps
