we live in a 6 (six) unit condo building on a septic system. How many packs should we flush per month?

I think you would have to find out how large is your septic tank, we have a 1000 gallon tank. We flush one packet in the toilet a month. So I would use that as a guide. There was nothing written on the packaging to guide you other than one packet a month (and I'm assuming they think it would be for a standard home), so if you have a 4000 gallon septic tank, rule of thumb flush 4 packets a month. Just my thought.

What size tank does 1 pack cover

I have a 1500 gallon tank. I drop two packages in. This seems to help with the smell of the gas that forms inside the tank at the top. I have a new tank- and the water level hasn't filled up yet.. The packets seem to eat away smelly bacteria, that causes gasey smells that push up the sink...
