The only input is a guitar instrument jack. Assuming you have a cable that goes from your mic Xlr (presumably?) to 1/4inch jack then yeah it should.

Q: Can you use the combo without the other cab?

Yes second cab has its own fly lead which plugs into the main unit. Don't plug it in and it works just fine on it's own. course you could always just turn the volume down if noise is a problem. The second speaker really beefs up the sound even at low volumes. Enjoy!
