Excellent product. Pricey but good quality.

I started taking this a little over a year ago and the improvements to my mental clarity, energy, skin clarity, and overall vitality are pretty amazing. I won’t sit here and try to make it sound like this will fix all of your problems. But if you’re someone who already takes pretty good care of yourself and you’d like to see what adding some serious antioxidant power could do, I totally recommend trying this. I might recommend starting with the 250mg bottle first just to get used to it. I had no adverse affects, but then again, I started with 250 and finished that bottle before moving up to 500. As far as the quality of the supplement, I liked how many positive reviews there already were and the company seems to have a great reputation. I also saw this in natural grocers which I know does review the supplements they allow to be sold in their stores. So I was willing to try based on all of that and over a year later I’m still super happy I did. I take one in the morning and I’ve started combing it with an NAD supplement (I recommend doing a little research if you’re interested). I noticed within about a month of using it that my mental clarity improved - I was quicker at my job and had more capacity to get things done outside of it. After a year, I kind of can’t believe I was able to get anything done before starting this supplement. And again, I’m not trying to be dramatic. It’s just that my efficiency has improved so much since starting it that I’ve seen real improvements in my life. As always, it’s important to chat with your doctor if you’re on any meds or just generally to see if this is a good idea for you. I recommend a healthy diet and staying hydrated for maximum effect. Even though this is a bit on the pricey side, it’s worth every penny!

Easy to swallow capsule, I can say I’ve seen some improvement in my skin, feeling good but not sure if this product is responsible, this was recommended by my practitioner and I’m glad she did.

Good product I’ve been using it for years

I take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Its four hour timed release really gets my day started. Made from 3 blends of trans-Resveratrol, this is one of the cleanest and best formulations I have found. Tremendous anti-oxidant properties.

.... Once I ran out I bought a cheaper brand (that I use for other supplements) with similar doses and it wasn't the same. This is definitely worth the extra cost.
